So this happened today! I submitted my before and after photos for this round of LIIFT4 last week. Today I received an email from Beachbody saying my submission has been officially reviewed and I am now moving forward in this round!!! Needless to say I’m totally taken back. Who would’ve thought!! But I am truly humbled and thankful for this program and what it has done for me and this is just more motivation to keep pushing on!

Back at it ! Summer is over and it’s time to get ready for next summer ‍♀️ I have realized I’m ok with having fun with family , eating , drinking and traveling during summer .
