When I first started taking my Instagram seriously, I didn’t really post any workout pictures. I would just causally post my post workout pics in my stories. Until one day a great friend of mine said to me, “you have so many pretty workout outfits and you take fitness pretty seriously, why don’t you start posting some? “ So I started doing it, and gotten good feedbacks. I am not going to lie, getting compliments feels awesome, however, to be healthier and being more in shape are my ultimate goals. Looking back those posts, I feel like I see progress and I expect to keep improving. Having my fitness journey on Instagram is a good way of keeping me going! #keepgoing #fitnessjourney .
