One of the biggest misconceptions about Face Yoga is that moving your face muscles is actually causing more wrinkles - especially on the forehead and between the eyebrows.
We were told that moving those muscles creates mimics and mimics creates wrinkles in a longer term. And YES this is true but you should know that muscle movement creates wrinkles only if:
1. You are moving the muscles without control and awareness (you usually don’t even know that you are creating mimics)
2. You are doing the wrong face exercises
3. You are doing the right exercises in a wrong way
