Prawn & Barramundi Curry with baby spinach, curry leaf, chilli, cream, pilau rice, tomato basil jam, lime wedge, roti & pappadum @thecrafershotel I was so happy to hear that @thecrafershotel won Best Overall Hotel in Australia at the national Australian Hotels Association Awards this week. I’ve lost count the number of times I’ve visited @thecrafershotel and each time is just as exceptional as the last. The food is always top notch and the wine list and wine room is very impressive with an array of Adelaide Hills wines. The cosy fit out oozes ambience and includes gorgeous exposed stone walls, leather seated booths and a lovely open fireplace. Last but certainly not least is the warm and welcoming staff. In a word I love EVERYTHING about this gastropub!

Last night at the newly, very beautifully, renovated Hurley Cellars at the @marionhotel . We sat in the heart of the cellars and enjoyed the most delicious meal with wine tastings from @hentleyfarm . I definitely have a new favourite bubbles - the @hentleyfarm Blanc de Noir was one of the nicest I’ve tried. As part of the hotel’s renovation regular tastings will take place in the cellar as well as collaborative food events. Such a fun way to enjoy great food and wine. The newly renovated @sussex.hotel at Walkerville has a lovely, cozy and casual vibe and a beautiful light filled dining area. We even snuck in a wellness cocktail, such a great new concept!
