Anyway who remembers shuttles at school PE and sport? Bringing it back. Down up shuttles. Pick 3-5 different distances, then run them.

Supersetted with maxrep pull ups to slow your heart rate down and let your legs recover for the next cardio exercise. If you can't do pull ups do push ups. Sorry technique a little off, I wouldn't normally relax at the bottom but trying to compensate with my sore shoulder. □
Then straight into bear crawls. I love these coz they burn everywhere do 3-5 lengths.
Rest for 2 minutes then repeat. Try do 4-5 sets.

AEROBIC: literally means "relating to, involving, or requiring free oxygen"

It is low-to-moderate intensity exercise that relies primarily on aerobic metabolism (using primarily oxygen for energy), which can be performed for 2-3 minutes or more without resting

Common forms of aerobic exercise include walking, jogging, low-intensity cycling, etc. However this can be applied to any type of exercise as long as the INTENSITY is not too high and can be performed for a longer DURATION with minimal or no rest

ANAEROBIC: literally means "occurring in the absence of free oxygen"

It is moderate to high intensity exercise that relies primarily on anaerobic metabolism (i.e. exercise that is too intense to efficiently use oxygen for energy), which is typically performed anywhere from 0-2 minutes

⛹Common forms of anaerobic exercise include sprints, weightlifting, plyometrics, HIIT (high intensity interval training), etc. However this can be applied to any type of exercise as long as the INTENSITY is high enough and is not sustainable without rest for over 2 minutes

Keep in mind, for most types of exercise you will have a MIX of both anaerobic and aerobic metabolism, but the ratio of each will be adjusted based on the intensity and the duration of the exercise you are performing

If you want to do an efficient HIIT (High intensity interval training) workout you have to choose an exercise capable of pushing your heart rate super high, otherwise the HIIT will be inefficient.
Here you have a burpees box Jump over, that could be a really good choise for this kind of goal !!!

This team has been through the gauntlet of running workouts. 1-3 week cycles progressing the following variations seems to be working quite well for their conditioning as well as improving headspace for enduring physical discomfort.

MUAY THAI
With jumping and shadow boxing muay thai is an aerobic workout to prepare you for more intense workouts. Muay Thai also builds great anaerobic endurance with exercises like punching and kicking on the pads or bags. This makes muay thai a very effective form of exercise. It improves your strength, and cardiovascular performance.
You burn lots of calories with muay thai (up to 1000 kcal an hour, but this is very personal ofcourse) . It’s a perfect full body workout. It’s a fun and efficient way to burn fat. And at last, it’s perfect to clear your mind and to destress
