✨ Try some of these tips that you can do to help put that nighttime anxiety to rest!
☑️ Clear your mind.
✨ Do 5 minutes of meditation, guided or on your own!
☑️ Listen to podcast.
✨ This will help take your mind of off your anxieties and onto something that interests you.
☑️ Unplug!
✨ Turn off your phone and the TV...instead try reading a book or listening to podcast (like we suggested above).
☑️ Write down your worries.
✨ Journaling is an excellent exercise for helping eliminate anxiety, try doing so before you go to sleep and unload your anxieties from the day!
