Finally, its time to say a few words about one of the art supplies from @artezaofficial! But before that, I would like to declare that this is not a sponsored review, I received those products for free to test and share my opinions about them. I'm also not a professional artist and my knowledge about paints is quite limited. . 60 WATERCOLORS TUBES: I was definitely positively surprised how much pigmented those paints are! I wasn't expecting much but those colors are so vibrant and rich. That brings me a lot of joy and make me fall in love with some of the colors! The vast majority of paints are opaque or semi-opaque and when mixed together can cause a muddy appearance on the paper. Sadly, some of those colors are quite chalky too, especially the light colored ones that contain a lot of white pigment and with the way they act on the paper reminds me of gouaches but not exactly. Many of the paints granulate which mean that when water is added the pigments separate from the binder. The most disappointing is that those paints crack in the pan and can't be transformed into a palette unless you decide to invest additional money for the binder. 60 colors may be quite overwhelming but with that amounts I would like to exchange a lot of that pastel like colors into something more intense and darker but I guess adding a lot of white pigment fillers low cost of production. Also, I wouldn't recommend selling original paintings to others without information about the fair light fastness (only a few have good), which means the pigment will remain unchanged for 15 to 50 years away from indirect sunlight and framed behind a UV protective glass. Overall, I would recommend these watercolors to people who just start the learning process or people who do a lot of paint study so they don't waste much money since those watercolors are pretty affordable and nicely pigmented, which more than great! I could imagine there would be man of people who would enjoy this set with a lot of pre-mixed colors, especially those ones that like to use their paint thickly and don't like or don't feel confident enough to mix their own colors. For the rest, smaller sets are more than enough

AUGUST COVER My August cover page is finally ready! It‘s the first time I had to create a spread twice. I‘ve overdone the first version (that I‘ve shown you in my story) and ruined it completely. It‘s always the same problem-I‘m never know when it‘s time to stop and declare a creation as finished. Do you know this problem I decided to go with colorful birds this month-this peacock is painted with @artezaofficial TwiMarkers (my favorite pens currently) and @artezaofficial gel pens. For the background I used @artezaofficial watercolors. It was the first time ever that I used gel pens in one of my spreads and I‘m really happy how smooth and vibrant they are. I especially love the pastel and neon pens and I‘m sure I will use them regularly this month for obtaining vibrant highlights! I spray with my spray bottle to reactivate the paints. The colors they produce are really nice :) Vibrant colors ✨ They blend well too! I enjoy painting with them and plan to paint more ✨ I also like how they added a water brush with the set! I think it would be great to bring with to paint outside - •Expert Watercolor Pads This is a 140lb/300 gsm double sided paper (I didn’t know watercolor pads had double sides ). One textured and one smooth surface. Really just my opinion but I would say the paper is not really my favorite. It bleeds and spreads over the line where I want to paint so it’s difficult to lay down a specific shape for me, but I guess that is alright if you’re okay with it. With my type of drawing, I will have to draw a line over the edge to cover the bleeding parts. - •Detail Paint Brush They definitely can draw detailed lines! I believe it’s a reasonable price for this many brushes considering I buy one brush for $6 at art school . It’s nice to have these brushes and be able to control your lines (I definitely needed more of them ) - Overall, I’m completely satisfied with the half pans watercolors
