Drink: Saints & Sinners 1 oz. @santateresarum 1796 rum 1 oz. Masala chai infused sweet vermouth 0.75 oz citric acid 0.5 oz. lemon sorbet 2 dashes salted cherry bitters Pomegranate foam . (Method) Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Top with Pomegranate foam using an Isi whipper. Dive in!
