It’s Metronome Monday (actually a real term in our house)! ✌ I try to convince and remind him that the metronome is his best friend (esp with a ragged rhythm like in Pustilnik’s ‘Circus Theme’) but it’s an unreturned friendship..yet just as a true friend it’s been there during ups and downs and always remains steady and honest. Still having way too much fun with the nocturnes book over here, really touched and grateful for so many nice comments on his initial go at this extra curricular ‘pleasure piece’, Chopin’s second nocturne, which he still enjoys so much and is slowly figuring out. Thank you all for your support, we are very humbled and touched by all the kind comments, dms flooding in and so many new followers (how did we get 1000 ), luckily Zev is not phased by phones and social media (yet!) and, when told about a repost on a popular piano site, dryly remarked that he simply ‘must practice more if more people are listening’.
