When it warms the oil quickly separates leaving lumps of coconut. With the big guns who took part in this and the premium price you would expect something excellent, but no it's just shite.

Thursday happy hour, and Big Star is one of my go-to places to check out! Being down in Texas for almost 4 years, I consider myself a Texan . And here up in Chicago this place brings a little Texas back to it, that’s why when here Shiner Bock is always the move for me! This beer really needs no introduction you guys already know what this masterpiece is. But if not, some consider it the beer of Texas, now Lone Star fans may disagree but Shiner is definitely up there!! . But this is one beer that I think tastes different in the brown bottle vs the can. Do you guys/gals agree at all. Any other beer you taste a difference between can/bottle!! Let me know! @monkishbrewing Unfold The Scroll Triple Dry Hopped Double India Pale Ale. 8.3% With Citra hops. — #monkishmonday gets going with a Triple Dry Hopped DIPA using exclusively Citra hops and if you like your beers hoppy, give this one a go. This one is like a hop amusement park with lots of hops here... hop bite, hop burn, hop love. It pours a hazy, murky pale yellow with basically zero head and, not surprisingly, zero lacing. The nose has notes of citrus and, you guessed it, hops. Looks and smells just like a hopped up orange juice. Light to medium body in the mouth, but more towards the light side, Unfold The Scroll has some great flavors. Oranges, limes, grapefruit, mangos, light apple and a hint of strawberries hiding in the background. It’s citrusy, zesty, bitter and tropical with no booze whatsoever and it’s a total hop bomb. In my opinion, it would have been better with a little more body and more carbonation, but it’s a very solid Monkish beer. Truthfully, you could line up a great number of Monkish beers next to one another and they basically all taste quite similar, but if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.
