✨The drop in estrogen means less natural lubrication, making that irritated tissue even more painful
✨Scar tissue from tearing or an episiotomy can also contribute to pain down there
✨If you had a vaginal delivery or pushed before your c-section, you may have strained or tore your pelvic floor muscles, separated your pubic joint, or even had a fracture in your pelvis! But did you get this rehabilitated? ♀️ If you strained any other muscle in the body the standard approach would be much different than “wait and see”. New mamas deserve better care.
