Dumbbell twists- While squeezing the grip as hard as possible rotate back and forth. Each back and forth equals one rep!

Form tip Keep nice strict form. Focus on keeping elbows tucked to your sides and slightly in front of your delts the entire movement to help isolate! Another plus to this is how it shows a normal grip compared to reverse grip in regards to muscle activation!
