Skipping along the path of life brings whole body joyfulness. Just imagine skipping along a path, the sun shining down on you as merrily go along your way. Heart full, body moving and a little song on your lips as you joyfully immerse yourself in the pleasure of being happy. Pretty nice hey? You can choose to skip anytime you like. Not only is it a beautiful movement for your inner child to relish in. It gets your body moving, it brings all those good juices flowing to the surface. And it brings a smile to your dial as you remember happy times as a child doing just that! We have choose to drag ourselves along the past, like a caveman – arms brushing the ground, back hunched as you slowly make your way along the path. Or you can do that skipping thing that produced all that goodness, even when you were only just thinking about it. Real talk : I’m HELLA awkward in front of the camera (and those that have taken pictures of me : you know it, so don’t even try to convince me otherwise ). I LOVE being behind the camera. Learning to capture what I see and somehow translate that to others gives me such joy. Put me in front of it tho? No thanks! I’ve been challenging myself to get in front of the camera these past couple of weeks (maybe you’ve been able to tell? ) It’s hard to me! I hate being the center of attention. I’m learning it’s confidence building though. No one cares as much as I do, so I’m learning to just relax - have fun and try not to be someone you’re not.
