We are excited and blown away that ALL of Season One is gone from our consolidator. We work with a company called PSi and distributors for FLGS's and online order from them. Our stock is completely gone. We had estimated the product lasting through the summer at the earliest. But to share more with you, we sold more games in January than Dec, and more in February than January, and more in MArch than February....and the same in April. It's been incredible. So if your store wants copies, they can contact any one of the amazing distributors like Alliance, ACD, GTS, and many others or you can get copies from Barnes and Noble. We also have a limited supply of copies at Amazon and our online store. So while it's NOT sold out at retail, it's fast approaching that. Thank you all so much for your support. We can grow bambu with our mini gardener or eat it with the help of our panda bear. This colourful game has beautiful components, a nice coloured palette, a great insert and which we can definitely play with kids. It's not an incredible game mechanics-wise, but we love having it into our collection. . . . LET’S PLAY · YAMATAI . Yamatai has some similarities with one of our beloved Sr. Bruno Cathala’s games - Five Tribes - , and which we could call “Five Ships”. Even though they might seem similar, they are quite different, and Yamatai must be our most colorful board games when displayed on a table, specially if we consider its gorgeous components and a-m-a-z-i-n-g art. Resources management, creation of routes on which we can display beautiful colored boats and buildings development (all with a nice feeling wood). All these can resume Yamatai. Moreover, this game is from those times when Days of Wonder used to create absolutely stunning games, both on art and production. The only downside would be that we couldn’t even find a Spanish pdf manual, as the game is only available in English. . Yamatai tiene algunos parecidos que recuerda a un famoso juego de su autor, nuestro admirado Sr. Bruno Cathala, y que podría otorgarle un gracioso subtítulo como “Five Ships” xD. Pero al igual que se parece, se diferencia mucho y es de entre nuestros juegos el que más colorido tiene en mesa, si sumamos los componentes y su magistral arte. Es una p-a-s-a-d-a. Gestión de recursos, creación de rutas mediante barcos de colores y desarrollo de edificios (todo en maderita buena) es el breve resumen de lo que necesitas para puntuar. Además es de cuando Days of Wonder hacía verdaderas maravillas en cuanto a juegos y producción. La pega, que no nos dejen online ni un mísero pdf de reglas oficial en español, ya que el juego está en inglés. . Probably one of Vital Lacerda’s most beautiful games, “The Gallerist” is a heavy euro worker placement game about discovering artists, promoting them, and buying and selling their artwork. It is a very thinky, highly strategic game for 2-4 players that plays in at least 2 hours, likely longer. Anyone play this one much?
