On this beautiful day of the New Moon within the energy of a total Solar Eclipse Sun we offer you this message from the Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers that resonated with us so much.

Instead of traveling to a goal out there, you will voyage deeper into yourself. Your mother's grandmother knew how to do this.
Your ancestors from long ago knew how to do this.
They knew the power of the feminine principle... and because you carry their DNA in your body, this wisdom and this way of being is within you.

Call on it. Call it up. Invite your ancestors in. As the yang based habits and the decaying institutions on our planet begin to crumble, look up. A breeze is stirring. Feel the sun on your wings."

3 Asanas to wake you up ♡
Tip 1↠ Hold each pose for at least 5 deep, slow, and steady inhalations and exhalations.
Tip 2↠ Breathe...take long, deep breaths in and out through your nose.
Completely fill your lungs as you inhale and completely empty them as you exhale.
Tip 3↠ Practice daily.
Tip 4↠ Listen to your body. If something doesn't feel right, stop immediately.

When your cup is full from the love, care and nurturing you give to yourself you won’t be looking to others to fill it up for you.

A timely reminder to myself today as I wake up feeling a little flat and realising I’ve let my cup run dry these past few days. Negative thoughts have dominated my inner narrative and left me feeling depleted.

This morning I’m practising self love by feeding myself with positive thoughts and when I see my family later my cup will be full
