Here’s what I got from earlier on as you’ve seen the behind the scenes photos, for these I only used one flash from behind which has given me this really nice soft light. Flash used was a yongnuo YN560III which the power was set to 1/16 so my flash duration was fast (around 1/15,000) if I pushed the power of the flash up I’d have a slower flash duration (about 1/1000) and you’ll see movement in the images. I’ll post up a few photos zoomed in to a few of these images 1:1 so you can see. My camera settings did change a bit but I ended up using iso 125, f/5.6, 50mm at 1/60th and to trigger the camera I used my @miopstrigger smart trigger on sound mode. Next time I’ll use a completely flat piece of material as you can see the creases in the background. Shot on the Canon 6D mark II & Canon 50mm 1.8 STM. Got these little guys delivered today, I got these off of eBay 2 yongnuo YN560III flashes with a controller/transmitter for just under $200au. I’ve had a little play with them and so far I’m happy with them but later on I will take some photos with them doing some splash photography using my new @miopstrigger Smart trigger and also try the remote one they make which needs your phone to control the unit.
