Personal post but I finally walk today! I graduated in December but the ceremony is today! In December I would have never worn a bodycon dress but after these 25 lbs, I’m ready to rock it .

Here are some tips to make sure you get the most out of the workout:
1️⃣ Scale Smartly: Regardless of how you’re doing the workout it should take you between 45-75 minutes to finish. While it should be a grind, it shouldn’t take you much more than an hour to complete.
2️⃣ Honor the Fallen: Workouts like “Murph” are designed to honor the heroes that they are named after. Make sure you know who and what you are paying tribute to by watching “Lone Survivor” tonight. When you’re doing the workout tomorrow, remember the scenes that most impacted you, and let those moments pull you through the challenges.
3️⃣ Embrace the Suck: Yea, it’s gonna hurt. That’s the point. However, the discomfort you’re feeling is nothing compared to what Michael Murphy endured. Keep pushing.
