„Mama hat sich verlegt...“
Dieser süße Versprecher meiner Tochter sollte eigentlich eine Verspannung in der Schulter beschreiben die mich die letzten Wochen ein wenig gequält hat,stattdessen hätte sie nicht passender meine derzeitige Befindlichkeit beschreiben können.
Denn die letzten 3Jahre waren nicht nur wahnsinnig lehrreich,sondern auch kräftezehrend und herausfordernd.
Ich habe mir in den letzten 3Jahren meine Herzenswünsche erfüllt-Erzieherin, Yogalehrerin und Fitnesstrainerin darf ich mich nun nennen. Mit so viel Selbstverwirklichung auf dem Zettel habe ich nicht immer auf meine Befindlichkeiten gehört und eher Tag täglich der Zeit hinterher gejagt.
Da kann man sich schonmal verlegen kleine Bellamaus❤️
Aber du hast Recht:Mama kommt jetzt mal ein wenig zur Ruhe und dann finde ich mich bestimmt auch ganz bald dort wieder wo ich mich mit Zielen und Aufgaben überschüttet habe:)

How do you like our stretching boat?

❌Although some experts disagree on the importance of stretching, I think it beneficial to incorporate with all children.
⠀
Well, if your child participates in ANY physical activity - stretching is vital! It increases blood flow to the muscles that increased flexibility, injury prevention.
⠀
If your child is walking on their toes (without neurological injuries) that indicates a tight heel cord. It commonly leads to Sever’s Disease. So, it is important to stretch these muscles to prevent and treat these disease.

Also, some kids experience large growth spurts. This unequal growth of bone and muscles can cause pain. One way to decrease the pain is to perform static stretches daily during and after their growth spurts.
I’m not exactly sure when I started Yoga.. I do know that I was lucky enough to grow up with it from a young age. As a child growing up in Africa, my mother was an Iyengar Yoga teacher so the culture was always around me. As a young teenager, I was the only young male practicing and it really helped me build confidence, correct my posture, and develop body awareness. As a father, It blows my mind to see Koa show so much interest in Yoga from such a young age - she loves downdog, handstands and of course child’s pose.

How old were you when you started Yoga?
Whilst everyone's #520 is spend with the other half, my 520 was spent in a more meaningful way with these lovely bunch of newly graduates of the Children's Yoga Teacher Training. Grateful to sit in again to refresh my module from last year and meeting this awesome group of passionate teachers. Thank you @divine_light_yoga for the amazing journey. ☀️I’m grateful for the amazing morning light that I get in my bedroom.

my lovely angel daughter gave me a great lesson with her super stretching powers when she practiced yoga with me.

And I am so delighted to see my refrigerator full with all kind of delicious fruits, berries, candies (yes..)
Saturdate with these lovely kids! Today our first group teaching practice with the 8-11 years old @homyoga with @divine_light_yoga . It was a very emotional and inspirational journey with the girls.
Many people have not seen how beneficial children yoga can be especially in the society we are in today. Children are overwhelmed with activities, stress, pressures and choices.
