YOO-HOO // that’s the sound of my Lyme disease rearing it’s ugly head at the worst time possible.... Seriously, I have lost so so many friends because I’ve had to cancel, reschedule at the last minute or just be straight up honest and admit I can’t go on that trip, or to that dinner, or pretty much of anything. . I get it, I can’t do much and it might be depressing to be around me (I mean, I sure am depressed about being sick, so I can see how it might bring others down). . . How many of y’all are/were suffering-yet have been told by Western Doctor’s that * you’re fine/healthy * we couldn’t find anything wrong * Your blood tests look good * it must be in your head * you’re too young/don’t have history for this * Your symptoms are “normal” (when they’re actually not) _ Invisible illness is REAL & it is detrimental to the person with it! (I personally know just how much it dictates & controls your life!) And the reality is that most people who are chronically ill or suffer often, are filled with things that Western Medicine deems insignificant, doesn’t acknowledge or test for because there’s no “pill” to give for it _ Most symptoms/illness result from poor nutrition & lifestyle choices mixed with toxicity, mold, Candida, pathogenic bacteria overload, blocked detox pathways, digestive system damage/dysfunction resulting in malnourishment, auto immunity & other systemic issues (and Ofcourse the mental/emotional complement as well). _ Natural practitioners deal with so much backlash, when in reality we care so damn much about healing our patients at the ROOT! Meaning we don’t want to just monitor your illness on a cocktail of drugs- we want to find the root cause, fix it & rebalance your body - then guide you on living a lifestyle that promotes & encourages health! _ I’ve seen this happen so often where people who are quick to call us “crazy or quacks,” end up at our doorstop begging for help when Western Medicine fails them or just pumps them full of drugs. _ It’s so “normal” for people to be brainwashed, that the ones who dare question the status quo are automatically considered “nutcases,” “crazy,” etc. Most people will never be open minded enough to see the truth UNTIL they are desperate or suffering enough to finally be “forced” to see the truth that’s been here all along. _ Truth is that are being healed and “cured” of things that are deemed incurable. It’s up to you whether you want to stay part of the brainwashed asleep paradigm, or unlearn all the bullshit you’ve been fed by the government, media, medical community & even by school curriculums & family/parents —- and re-learn everything without bias or brainwashed propaganda.

#TOXICPOSITIVITY // There’s a reason they call us #chronicillnessWARRIOR or #lymeWARRIORS. Sometimes I wish my #invisibleillness had more obvious physical manifestations so people would be more aware that I at any given moment, I’m probably struggling physically. . Instead, I keep hearing “you can do it if you put your mind to it!” which I know means well, but happens to be infuriating when you’re experiencing #chronicpain. . How do you deal with this? Do you ever just want to be told, “you ARE enough”? Any advice on how to talk to friends/family about this, or are you willing to share your experience? I could use some support today. . |#BlueSunday2019| • We went out yesterday and ate cake in a cafe. My cake was rainbow cake and I’ve never been more excited about cake and usually I’m only really a fan of chocolate fudge cake but I’ve never eaten rainbow cake before so it was an exciting time. • I’m using yesterday’s cake adventure as my contribution to #BlueSunday and will be donating the cost of cake and a coffee to @theslowlane_me’s fundraiser page. She’s also running a #BlueSundayGiveaway this year too which is fun! Anna created Blue Sunday (also known as #teapartyforME) as a spoonie friendly way of fundraising for #MEAwarenessDay. You can participate with a simple bun/slice of cake and a good old cuppa from the comfort of your own bed; just take a pic, share it and donate a couple of quid, and it’ll all help towards raising awareness and funding research for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, which is a b*tch of a condition that doesn’t get anywhere near enough attention from the medical community or scientists... So it’s our job to change that around. Where should I begin? I know it may seem overwhelming, given that @medicalmedium now has four books out (three shown here) and a new book on the way. I was lucky to experience and integrate each book as it was released. Due to having EBV for a long time, the #ebv virus had progressed to stage 4, causing what is known as #myalgicencephalomyelitis #fibromyalgia #chronicfatiguesyndrome to name a few definitions. Yet, as #medicalmedium states, it is #neurologicalfatigue causing inflammation of the central nervous system. So how do I begin? I began by:- 1. Looking up my health concerns, & firstly gaining & integrating this understanding. The first book, Medical Medium, was released November 2016. I began my studies of #anthonywilliam works. Initially there was floods of tears, that someone finally understood me, but, also, had the answer! Given that the first book has a 28 day raw cleanse, and numerous supplements and foods, I needed to integrate the information. Why? I had previously spent considerable time & money persuing the raw food diet, & I struggled on three accounts. Firstly, emotions surfaced like a tsunami. Secondly, the food was not familiar. Thirdly, it is cold most of the time here in the UK. Supplement wise, I had already tried many of the supplements. Trust comes in here when you have tried many different ways & you have not healed previously. 2. Thyroid Healing was released, and mentioned the cycle of EBV. I felt pulled Intuitively. Although I have no Thyroid diagnosis, I still felt to embark upon the #thyroidhealingcleanse even though it was a three month commitment. I completed it and felt ready to return to the first book, and had a tiny break before starting the 28 day cleanse. I did have some cooked food in the evening, as is permitted. During the 90 day Thyroid Healing Cleanse, I still ate a lot of nuts and seeds. At the end of both cleanses, I felt inner confirmation of my earlier decision to be in this for the long haul. 3. In the period before Liver Cleanse, I learnt how to lower my fat consumption. It felt alien to me, but doable. Some fat was better than no fat, when you previously consumed a lot of fats!
