‘Forest of Consciousness’ is now available in burnt Sienna! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I love this ink because it reminds me of the terracotta colour of Ancient Greek art. It definitely doesn’t suit every design, but I feel like there are a few (especially the circular ones) that it gives a surprisingly classical feel to (swipe to see the black version which I think looks much more modern in comparison). Everything is a unified field of consciousness. Our every thought manifesting into intentions, drives our body like mechanical clockwork. Flaws within our mind allow for the ego to thrive in a world where it constantly needs attention. Social media is a collective consciousness that is growing with our every post, tweet, and discussion. We weren’t built to be isolated from the rest of humanity. It’s within our DNA to connect to others in the hive. When people start recreating a stand-alone complex, they pull so hard out of society that they end up living in the wilderness away from any interactions at all. Interconnected society is pushing for complexity in a world that was already dreamt up from illusions. We can infinitely multiply illusions and layer them one on top of each other. Eventually the line between what we think is reality vs illusion blurs into a grey area of human existence. What is actually real? What makes that thing or experience “real” as opposed to a dream? If we could discover the origins of our thoughts, reality would start to closer resemble animated bodies playing pre-defined roles. With choice, there comes power. Choosing to be a certain way, as opposed to always being it and never knowing better, assumes a power of definition. In separation, there are choices. In Oneness, there is. Oneness entails infinite creativity and complete acceptance no matter what is. Judgement pulls back into separation. Separation is not higher than or lower than Oneness. Complexity is more about entertainment than it is about evolution. Truth is simple, but the ego doesn’t like simple. The ego has to be constantly entertained or risk coming out of the illusion.
