here i present to you some deload work before prep starts in a week and a half: first video is 135 4x10, one set shown. while @surgetonewlevels included some more accessory work and i’ve never had that big of a tricep pump in my life video two is from yesterday’s 275 5x5 paused squats amongst other things and my quads hated walking up stairs today. i’m happy to have a much needed “break” for my CNS but i can’t wait to start prep again.

Earlier this year I dreamed of pulling 100kg from the ground and here I am squatting it Form is FAR from perfect (yes, it was a goodmorning squat, and yes, zero control in the hole ) but this weight felt SO out of reach just a few months ago, so I’m happy.
