Here are a few clips of me from @ninjamaniagym this weekend during redemption time. Comp didn’t go as planned taking close to last in both divisions I competed in but still was an extremely fun time at one of the best ninja gyms I’ve been to. Also congrats to @christian.the.ninja @anw2028orbust and @ninjamike8 for taking 2nd in their divisions and @joemoravsky for taking the W in pros! Imma be back here in June to qualify for regionals for sure and to get that full link on flywheels, (not posting runs) #americanninjawarrior #americanninjawarriorjunior #ninja #oof #warrior #anw #anwjr #ninjawarrior #laches #continuous #lache #reach #grip #fight #comp #fail #gainz

No it’s just my face when my code doesn’t work = 99% of my time ♂️ haha just kidding, but today I was setting up a Continuous Integration pipeline for my personal project and I had to face like a trillion issues.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Writing this post now that it’s working So I used CircleCI (feel free to google it) and the idea behind CI is the following: a CI tool (like CircleCI or Jenkins) is following the master branch of your repo. When it detects a new commit, it triggers the unit and the e2e tests, it builds the production bundles and deploys them on your live server.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Maybe I write my next blog post about setting it up, btw today morning I submitted the one about frontend performance on Medium, hopefully I will be able to share it later this weekend. Have you used CI in any of your projects?

Have a happy and sunny weekend!

From Tom: The black and white image (swipe to see!) shows the major fascial divisions of the compartments of the leg.
In this new image, you can not only see the compartments, you can see how the interosseous membrane is wrapped around both bones, but most of all, you can see how the fascia is organized within them, almost like veins. Hooray for the Fascia Research Society and the Fascial Net Plastination Project for giving us these useful images, as well as beautiful ones; an amazing visual for both manual therapists and movement professionals.
From the Fascial Net Plastination Project: In truth, our bodies are #one#continuous #fabric. There are no layers that just fall off of each other without some prodding, prying or actual cutting. In that regard you can say we only have #one #single #layer; but when you take into account the #densities, #textures and molecular & cellular components, you can conceive of five primary layers to our bodies: #Skin, #Superficial Fascia, #Deep Fascia, #Muscle and #Bone. Of course it quickly gets a little more complicated than just that, but it's a good place to start!
