Diastaza abdominală nu înseamnă doar separarea mușchilor abdominali, ci și instabilitatea acestora, lipsa tonusului muscular și a puterii de a menține tensiunea în abdomen. Această afecțiune sensibilează atât peretele abdominal, cât și mușchii pelvieni și mușchii spatelui. De aceea multe femei pot avea dureri lombare, disconfort în zona planșeului pelvian, pot suferi chiar și de incontinență urinară. E IMPORTANT să înțelegi că NU există exerciții minune care vă vor scăpa de diastază. Did shield-maids really exist? These are some VERY common postures I see amongst my clients, and really the general public. Optimal alignment = breathing with ease = better control and coordination Your #core4 muscles are designed to work together in anticipation of our every move, so they prepare us for the work BEFORE we even move. When you are in optimal alignment your core is ‘free’ to do its job and you don’t have to think about it. The posture you live and move in daily, pregnancy, surgery, etc etc, all contribute to non-optimal alignment. Alignment principles: Start barefoot, so your feet can move, adapt, and feel the ground. Your feet support your entire body. If these are off, everything else will be! Bring you perineum over the space between your ankles, ensure the bottom of your ribs line up with the top of your pelvis (your ‘hip’ bones). - gentle curve on lower back, gives you a perkier booty and flatter tummy too! Slight knit in of the rib cage, with nipples pointed forward, not up or down Natural kyphotic curve of upper back Slight chin tuck/ make a double chin Stacking: ears, shoulders, ribcage, pelvis, ankles. When a core is not working optimally, all the ‘core training’ in the world will not fix it. You need to ‘retrain” before you train. OWN YOUR TRUTH. You know who you are, what you said, meant or did and even though misunderstandings are present and everyone could easily be miss judged, the best way to build your own self-confidence and respect is to own your truth. . Why? Because when you do - when you know from the inside, from your heart, your true values - you feel calm, sturdy, secure and not easily offended or 'shaken' by other people's opinions (in an emotional and physiological way usually followed by certain personal insecurities and past patterns that give it more worrisome importance than it truly deserves), then you can wholeheartedly accept the fact that people only understand from their own perceptions and points of view and be OK with it. . Please do not doubt yourself or feel less worthy of love, attention, proper manners, respect, kindness, adventures or even laugher just because someone else tried to prove you otherwise. Why don’t I have surgery? It’s a question I get asked often. People wonder why I wouldn’t fix such an obvious flaw. Some are convinced my life would be better after surgery. I’ve been asked if I could fix a broken body why wouldn't I? Maybe some people think surgery would melt away my insecurities. If I have the muscle tone and I could have surgery and have a belly that looks like a fitness model, why wouldn’t I? There is a time in my life I may have. I’ve thought about it, I’ve looked into it. But right now, at this point in my life, I don’t want it. There are a few different reasons. In response to the question of why I wouldn’t fix a broken body; it’s because I don’t see my body as broken. It was broken once, but it’s healing. Broken things mend. Through exercise and better nutrition, it is healing, And I see it get better every day. 5 years ago, I wouldn’t have believed my body would be where it is today, but it is so strong. It can do things bodies without hernias and a diastasis recti cannot. I never used to have any faith in it but now I do. I’ve seen what It can do and I know miracles happen. Why wouldn’t I get surgery for cosmetic reasons? If I can have an aesthetically perfect stomach, why wouldn’t I? I feel like I have spent way too many years chasing perfection and failing at it. I’ve finally learnt that perfection is an illusion. I feel like there are so many voices out there telling us to try and be perfect and we seek that it because we want it. We love the Kardashian's because they are beautiful, and flawless and perfect. They bounce back, and they’re put together. So here I am, so obviously imperfect, so clearly flawed, telling the other imperfect and flawed people that we can be imperfectly beautiful. That you don’t have to be flawless to love your refection. That brokenness can be beautiful, and that it is okay to fall because still I rise. I love my body despite the DR, despite the hernia because it works. It is strong, and exercise did that for me.... ⤵️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Diastasis recti recovery goes beyond the gym. It's the repetitive movements that cause you the most harm; hunching over when breastfeeding, slouching when you stand... Poor posture puts strain on your fascia, and your core muscles cannot engage when out of alignment meaning intra-abdominal pressure isn't being managed well. An hour a day exercising cannot undo 16 hours of poor posture. . Healing is a lifestyle not a 12-week program. . . Swipe ⚪⚪ . . The people who have a hard time to find motivation to exercise are those who don’t exercise on a regular basis. Duh! I know. What I’m trying to say is that if you do something on a regular basis you don’t need a motivation anymore. It’s just what you do. The easiest and fastest way to get to that point is to start with 5 minute daily workouts. Make it a challenge that every day for the next 30 days you’ll do 5 minute of exercise and won’t miss a day. You’ll eventually want to do longer workouts but your minimum is 5 minutes. I’m gonna help you with that. I will do daily live videos here on Instagram for the next 30 days and do the 5 minute beginner workouts with you. All you have to do is to show up.
