Here's another cool pose that I found somewhere here. Don't recall where, it's been a while! I recall trying to do it way back without much success... But we figured it out this time around! The tricky part was lifting the sacrum to get the arms under you while supporting / balancing the flyer. So we had @duo_rnr help stabilize @carovex while I was lifting my sacrum up. Once my hands were where I wanted them, it become OK and not as wobbly. Though you have to be super careful since it can fly over your head in a hear beat!
About three years ago I explored this shape with @s.urness... the old shape was balanced with both feet, kind of in a forward fold, and face toward the shins. .

Acro tips:
Base: both hands on the the flyer hip. Squeeze legs together to keep the foot from slipping out. Slowly lift the hips and extension through the body to find the final pose.
Flyer: flex the foot between the bases legs. Can use your hands on the ground to help get into it. Just move slow and be ready to catch yourself at any time if falling.
Spotting: should be by the side of the flyer, hands on the hips to help if needed.

Acro Tips:
Base: from foot-to-hand, Think about elevating your hips while pushing your legs away from the flyer to help counterbalance. Let go of the feet if falling back, just as you see it in video.
Flyer: From the squat position think about keeping the arms straight while leaning back to help with the counterbalance. Be ready to bring your feet to the ground if falling.
Spotting should be by the side of the flyer ready to catch if falling. Be mindful where you try this trick, luckily we had a soft landing with the sand. .
