Being a guest for the first time after working as a crew member for 1 year. 5 weeks have passed by so fast! ⁣ ⁣ I’m very sad to leave the Symphony today since I find it really hard to be apart in a relationship. Our lifestyle also comes with negative aspects and that’s one of them. ⁣ ⁣ Sometimes I want to just give up everything, move on land and live a ‘normal life’ - thank you @sk_thetrotter for always being there for me, especially on days like today ♥️⁣ ⁣ But honestly, to all of you ‘normal couples’ out there (by that I mean living in a home on land ) could you even imagine being away from your partner for weeks & months? What is the longest time you’ve spent without each other? ✨

Aren’t these houses amazing? ✨⁣ ⁣ The port of Key West is beautiful, one of the cleanest & most accessible I’ve ever seen. ⚓️ ⁣ ⁣ The island itself reminds me a little bit of the Bahamas. One thing I find though is that the whole place seems kind of staged and made up just for tourists, understandable with over 800,000 yearly visitors on an island that small. ⁣ ⁣ 5 facts about Key West⁣ is about 4 miles (6.4 km) long and 1 mile (1.6 km) wide⁣ marks the southernmost point of continental US⁣ is closer to Cuba than Miami ⁣ 42 bridges connect Key West to the mainland⁣ is home to the third largest barrier coral reef in the world⁣ ⁣ Have you been here or would you like to go? ☺️
