Some of my fav back & bi exercises from today renegade rows used to be SO difficult for me! I used to have to break up 10 reps into 3 parts, practice is key you guys. When you get to the point of feeling like you can’t do anymore, you have to push yourself a little longer to experience the growth you’re looking for (mentally & physically)!
Today marks 90 days of CONSISTENCY. Consistently choosing healthy over trash, consistently going to the gym, consistently paying attention to my mental health and overall well being. Over the course of these 90 days, I have experienced so much change! I'm more energetic, my clothes fit better and my confidence has skyrocketed! Beyond that, the proof is in the pudding with my #inbody assessment. I've put on over a pound of muscle and dropped my body fat percentage from 20% to 14.5% I wanted to share this today to show that consistency is key, and if you want these results, you can get them!! Yes I still eat out, yes I still have a drink or two every so often, and yes I take rest days. It doesn't have to be all or nothing - but if you are consistent, you will get there with time. .

I’ve started doing intermittent fasting as a weight management tool. My issue is that I. Snack. Way. Too. Damn. Much. This diet allows me to eat but in smaller time frame/eating window which means I prioritize big meals rather than small snacks. It works for me and my schedule. I sometimes train fasted (on an empty stomach) which means I have to lighten the load more than usual. This is not a magic weight loss tool. But if you have issues with snacking, overeating or binging on foods then give this a try. Do your research first.
