Who’s had a nap today?! I think day naps should be celebrated just like when a baby has a good nap I rarely sleep in the day because I feel so unproductive and that it’s a waste of time, but the lack of sleep has been creeping up on me and I’m really feeling it! So I’m pretty proud of myself for dropping everything (not the baby, she was also sleeping!) and going and taking a good afternoon nap I feel so much better, it’s amazing what a little sleep can do for you! If you feel like you need to get some rest, don’t ever feel bad for going and taking a nap. Kids don’t feel bad for it?! Why should we? Everything else can wait.
