What is the most likely #diagnosis? >>> A 90-year-old man presented with a 2-month history of an enlarging and bleeding nodule on his scalp. The physical examination revealed an ulcerated, nontender, firm, 3- × 3-cm, purpuric, alopecic nodule on his frontal scalp. There were also extensive dusky to violaceous patches and plaques surrounding the nodule and over the parietal scalp. There was no lymphadenopathy and the rest of the examination was unremarkable. His medical history was noncontributory. He had no malaise, weight loss, or night sweats and denied any history of traumatic injury.
