The dizziness, the bewilderment, the overwhelm. These feelings can set in quickly during moments of uncertainty, but it doesn’t mean it will always be this way. Sensitivity is normal with anxiety, so is the cycle of misinterpreting ‘normal’ events as being overly threatening.

Do you get dizzy or faint during exercise Well you’re not alone! Comment below if you’re saving this one and enjoy this dizzy free workout in this exact order and still work up a SWEAT!!! The idea is to gradually go from a standing exercise to on your back not only enjoy each dizzy free exercise but the whole workout. Complete 3-5 rounds. Once you complete each round enjoy a 1 minute break whilst still on the ground and then slowly make you’re way up to your standing position to begin the next round. ✨ .
• calf raise x 20.
• lowered crab walks x 15 each side.
• donkey kicks x 15 each side.
• reverse flys x 15 each side keeping head still.
• side dips x 15 each side.
• side lying leg crunch + extension x 15 each side (try to keep your hips still and stacked).
• modified bug legs x 30 alternating sides.
.
There are many reasons why you may feel dizzy or faint during exercise and I highly recommend you figure out WHY. For many it can be because you’re simply tired, dehydrated or have a sinus infection (I currently have a sinus infection hence why I did this workout) however it could be for other reasons like a heart condition or diabetes or something else. On this journey towards becoming the best version of yourself I want you to begin learning about your body, questioning things if they’re not quite right and figuring out how best to move forward in a safe manner. ✨
.
♀️ I’m excited to hear how you all go with this one and if you differ from dizziness. I really want to help you all enjoy moving your bodies in a way that suits you!! Comment below with any questions regarding workouts and I’ll happily reply. Have a wonderful week beautiful friends!!!! KEEP SMILING!!! ☺️✨ .

Your illness does NOT define you. Your symptoms do NOT define you. Your mobility aids do NOT define you. Your mistakes do NOT define you. Your past does NOT define you. You are beautiful. You are loved. You are worthy. You are human. You can do anything you want to accomplish, and don’t let anyone stop you. You got this!

This is our first successful celery harvest from our own garden! I didn’t think it would be so easy to grow. All we did was use the roots from the celery we got from the Farmer’s Market and plant that in a pot in a semi shady area. Just water a couple times a day (especially if it’s hot and dry out) and watch it grow!
.
We juice the leaves too which is bitter to some people, but I love it .
.
My husband and I have been juicing celery for 3 years now and have healed from multiple chronic illnesses. Celery juice along with other Medical Medium protocols has healed my eczema, taken away my tinnitus, lessened my anxiety, removed my food allergies/sensitivities and eliminated my nausea, dizziness, toe fungus and heart palpitations. Yeah celery juice!

I love my puppy @helper_harley so much. We are working with him to help me on my really symptomatic days, when I’m so dizzy I can’t stand up straight, see straight, and need some extra puppy snuggles. I was taking a photo and started to get extra wobbly and Harley walked over to me and I leaned on him so I didn’t completely fall over. (Don’t worry, I didn’t put so much pressure/weight on him to hurt him, just a simple light touch to help me gain my balance again). Which is also what I’m working on in vestibular therapy!:)

“Just a headache”
-⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A migraine is not “just a headache”. I can’t tell you how frustrated I get when I hear people say “Oh I get migraines” only to find out they just get normal headaches now and again. A migraine is not “just” a bad headache, it is a combination of symptoms that incapacitate you. It is not “just” blinding pain, but pins and needles, flashes of light, ringing ears, sound sensitivity, photophobia, slurred speech, confusion, distorted sound, skin sensitivity, olfactory hallucinations, Hemiplegia, and so much more. These are not symptoms or auras for everyone, but they are some of the ones that affect me.
-⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My first migraine woke me from a dead sleep when I was 12. I thought I was dying. I thought the pain would never end, and as I lay in a dark ER room awaiting imaging I considered what I’d accomplished in my life. I thought perhaps I had a brain tumor, or an aneurysm, or god knows what. I didn’t expect to leave with no answers and no treatment. Over the next few years I worked with my pediatrician and a neurologist trying different meds. They never worked. All of my abortive meds made the pain worse or made me sick. The preventatives did nothing or gave me horrible side effects. Even today, I have no treatment. I have no rescue medications, nothing to save me when my left side begins to tingle. Aleeve, caffeine, sleep, and a cool dark room are my treatments right now. (Continued in Comments)
