Many people believe that eating after a certain time will automatically result in weight gain or stop you from losing weight. As if somehow a 500 calorie meal turns into a 1,000 calorie meal at night.

I’m here to tell you to not listen to that BS. What matters for fat/weight loss is your, OVERALL CALORIE INTAKE. Although yes for certain things such as trying to repair your metabolism it would be best to schedule your meals. But regardless if you are in a proper caloric deficit it does not matter what time you eat your meals as long as you are not going over your calories (consuming more then expending).

Sometimes I eat my last meal at 12 o’clock at night & that is perfectly okay because I’m still consuming the right amount of calories. Eat your meals at times that work best for you!
