Sorry to Bother You ▪️1.5oz @tequilatapatio Blanco #Tequila
▪️1oz @anchoreyes
▪️.5oz @licor43usa
▪️.75oz #Kumquat Shrub
▪️1oz Lime
Mix all ingredients in shaker and shake rigorously on ice. We filled a cocktail glass with shaved ice. Pour mixture until near the top of glass. We then added 3BS of a blood orange / Strawberry shrub we made last week, to provide additional color and flavor. We shook the ingredients again and then finish pouring to the top. Garnish with a couple of dried chili to warn the drinker of what’s to come.

30ml Lime Juice
90ml Lime, Cucumber & Mint @n @nexba diet tonic.

Gusto: Alcune note floreali e speziate, di brioche e di biscotto, conferiscono una ulteriore complessità ad un assaggio nitido ed equilibrato, rotondo e polposo. Fresco ed elegante, chiude con un finale di rara persistenza, sul frutto

Thrilled to sneak an entry in to @homebarawards this month. The theme was equal parts, which is actually a challenge as the ratio is obviously not flexible. Picking the right ingredients is crucial to pulling it off... And since I’m used to just adjusting on the fly, this took some thought...
