Hi everyone!!! Today’s post : ACV= Apple cider vinegar!!! This will be my very first deep clean after co washing for a couple of months, so I was SUPER excited to get rid of all that product build up and give my scalp and hair some fresh air . Take note It is very important, when purchasing your own bottle,it says that it contains “THE MOTHER APPLE” she is the one that will give you all the nutrients that you need!!!! I bought mine from @alphamegacy and it’s called RAW HEALTH (organic, raw and unfiltered) .. just under €5.00. I have researched LOTS & MANY Curl Queen Bloggers/Vloggers out there have thousands of ideas/tips/tricks on the use of ACV. For today’s purpose I wanted to find a simple video to guide me (so I don’t smell like feet lol) @mzbiancarenee has a brilliant video on YouTube and she literally gets straight to the point! So THANK YOU @mzbiancarenee (link to video bellow) https://youtu.be/Tsp7lxAXDp8 It is literally 5 easy steps: Shake bottle well to activate the Mother Apple Poor 2oz or 1/4 cup of the vinegar in a measuring cup and then add double the amount of water Poor this all into a spray bottle and start spritzing and massaging this all over your scalp and hair. MASSAGE ‍♀️ YOUR SCALP!!!! (I used as much of the spray bottle as needed, so not all of it) Leave it in for 5 minutes (I used my shower cap so it doesn’t drip everywhere lol) and then rinse out. You CAN wash with a sulphate free shampoo first OR if you are on the No Poo journey like myself, then go straight to conditioning and Finally de tangling your hair. I finished off with my usual styling routine but it’s totally up to you wether you want to add any products in or not! ♥️ Any questions please feel free to ask, I’ll be happy to help.
