Как ты все успеваешь? ⠀ Да никак, как и все, я ничего не успеваю. Не успеваю делать НИЧЕГО ЛИШНЕГО. А с рождением ребёнка время начинаешь ценить вообще по-другому. ⠀ Согласитесь, когда вы пытаетесь заниматься всем и вся, то ничего хорошего из этого не получается! ⠀ За этот год в роли мамы я для себя вывела алгоритм, как понять, что важно, а что нет: 1️⃣ оценить свой день; 2️⃣ отбросить весь лишний мусор, сериальчики там, соц. сети без фанатизма; 3️⃣ расставить приоритеты; 4️⃣ делегировать задачи, чтобы высвободить время. ⠀ Я, например, очень охотно делегирую мытьё посуды мужу Ему полезно отдыхать от компьютера, а я берегу свои ручки и получаю свободные минутки для себя!) ⠀ Приходится тщательно выбирать, на что их потратить, ведь кроме сына, мужа, ещё есть квартира, которая сама себя не уберет, еда, которая сама не приготовится, ореховые булки, которые сами не накачаются, жирок на пузике, который сам не расплавится... Родственники, друзья, которым нужно уделить время, хобби, интересы, самообразование, работа.. ⠀ И каждый раз, когда хочу заняться чем-то сомнительным, я задаю себе простой вопрос: ⠀ ❓Какой вклад в мое будущее принесёт решение этой задачи? ⠀ А дальше: ⠀ ❓Если никакого, то тогда не лучше ли не тратить на неё время?) ⠀ И такое равновесие в душе наступает.
