Seen lots of people who feel invalid and not worthy of recovery due to not ever being hospitalised, not ever fainting, never losing their period etc... personally I’ve dealt with these things however even so I still feel invalid and not worthy of recovery too!! You will never be sick enough for your eating disorder. No weight will be low enough, no amount of hospital appointments will bring you validation - no amounts of comments will make you realise how sick you are. Why wait to recover when you’ll never feel ready? Why waist more time destroying yourself when you know you’ll have to recover eventually?
