I always feel weird posting pics of myself. But I felt accomplished last night. I felt good. I was actually dressed and pulled together, lol. So I documented it! Time for an #eggfast! This really helps me get rid of bloating and get my mind and body back in gear. EGG FAST RESULTS! After more than two years on keto I finally tried the egg fast. ▫️ Why did I wait so long? I have been curious since the beginning and I finally decided to to do. ▫️ Why? Honestly because I thought it was nonsense and thought I would get grossed out. ▫️ I had gained 5 pounds in February from not sticking to 100% keto and to be honest, over eating. ▫️ I decided to do an egg fast for a quick fix. I wanted to get back on track and it had been such a mental struggle to do so. ▫️ After the first day, all cravings were gone. I was not that hungry anymore. The end of the first day was tough and thought I might not make it to the second day. ▫️ The second day was tough only in the morning and forced down my two eggs. ▫️ The third day and on was so easy for me and I enjoyed every single meal I had. I really wanted to keep on going but decided to stop at day 6. I could have honestly gone at least 2 more days and maybe even more. ▫️ Do I recommend it? Double yess! EGG FAST DAY ONE DONE Today was a @tajinusa kinda day. I added Tajin to all my meals. ▫️ Total eggs I ate today was 7. It all depends how I feel or I am even hungry. Tomorrow we visit my mother-in-law and I need to go full and satisfied jus in case.
