I have had very random and mixed emotions coming to the surface lately.
Sometimes the more I spend time around people and the general public my energy can end up feeling very drained #empathlyf #introvertlyf or sometimes it can have the opposite affect.
It can get to the point where I feel super lethargic. It's like my body is telling me it needs to recharge.
I can feel like I lose myself a little. I can feel so confident yet so insecure. My extroverted side fights with my interverted side and causes internal chaos.
I fail to understand why so all I can do is accept it. Sometimes we don't have to understand why. It's called being human.
Having a space for yourself where you can recharge your energy and mind is super important. Give yourself that time.
When I'm feeling like this for no understandable reason I don't hold on to it, I don't define it, all I can do is accept every emotion as it is and let it flow through me. I'm trying to be more gentle with myself, like how a loving mother treats their child. I know certain feelings won't last, they come and go as they please. And that's perfectly ok. We are always growing and evolving. Flow with it, without attaching to it. "Emotion is energy and it needs to flow." And every single day holds a different energy
Since I have had some time to be alone (and tbh since the sun came back out!) I have felt 101930 times better. Like I said every day holds a different energy. Flow with it. Reset. Grow. Evolve

EVERYONE who is ANYONE, knows that I’ll drop anything to listen and hear you out. I’ve taken phone calls at 3am, I’ve responded to complete strangers on social media, I’ve stepped out of class or work to respond to a text. I’ve been on vacation and have sat with people to just talk.
I’ll do it all again in a heartbeat. For those who have come to me in the past as well, I’m still here and I’ll ALWAYS be here with you and for you.
