В последнее время набирает популярность тема проверки рецептивности эндометрия - его готовности к имплантации. Традиционно считается, что "окно имплантации" - интервал времени, в который эндометрий восприимчив к эмбриону и вероятность наступления беременности максимальна, открывается на 5-й день приема препаратов прогестерона в цикле подготовки к переносу. При этом есть данные, что это время может отличаться у разных женщин: у одних окно имплантации открывается раньше, у других - позже. Так мы приходим к мысли о персонификации переноса эмбриона после проверки рецептивности эндометрия. Самый известный тест для этого называется ERA и стоит мягко говоря недёшево. Суть теста - анализ запатентованного набора генов эндометрия. Анализ необходимо проводить, смоделировав идеальную с точки зрения врача подготовку эндометрия. Вместо переноса берётся Pipel-биопсия и материал отправляется в лабораторию. Результат говорит нам, был ли эндометрий рецептивен в момент взятия материала: так мы можем менять время переноса, максимально подстраиваясь под окно имплантации женщины. Звучит здорово, но: Цена. Слишком дорого для той информации, которую мы получаем. Необходимость проведения дополнительной Pipel-биопсии. Процедура неприятна, если не сказать болезненна. Что думаете по поводу этого теста?

Yesterday was ERA day. If you saw my post I said I was really nervous. Turns out I need to stop being so crazy, it wasn’t nearly as bad as I was expecting!! I watched a couple videos on youtube (because I am crazy and wanted to know what I was getting into) and was prepared for some pain when the doctor did the biopsy. Turns out she did it different than what I saw and was prepared for. She came in the room and said oh good you brought your husband, you can hold his hand while this is happening for support. She starts getting me ready and all of the sudden we hear “wait this isn’t right” UHHHH WHAT!? Turns out the nurse set out the wrong tools, easy fix but that was a scary moment after all the crazy we have been through! She gets started and apologizing for the pain, so I expected it to get worse but it never did which is great. She had to go in a second time because she didn’t get enough of a sample the first time. Basically she was jabbing my uterus repeatedly to get the sample. Pain wise, to me, it felt pretty comparable to the first HSG I had, about a 3 out of 5 since it was quick. Cramping for a few hours after but not even bad enough to need any pain medicine. Overall - ues there was pain, but its over fast, I went back to work after and it was no problem. Now we enter a different TWW, the one where we wait for results! A year ago today, we transferred a tiny little ball of cells that turned into this beautiful, miraculous, rainbow baby ❤️❤️ She’s all I’ve ever dreamed of plus more! We only told maybe 4 people that we were doing our 6th and possibly last transfer. We were both nervous and just about to give up hope. We geared up 3 months before our anticipated appointment, did a mock transfer for ERA testing, and then when results came, it was decided November 27th to be the day of our embryo transfer. Last year it was the Monday after Thanksgiving. We had thawed out the 12 frozen eggs we had in storage and only 1 made it to day 5 and another was lagging behind. We were supposed to transfer two, but God had other plans. 5 days later, I took a test and a faint but positive line appeared. I couldn’t believe it and was so nervous because of our previous losses. It was a crazy and scary pregnancy and even though she came a little early, we finally had her in our arms. She’s a constant reminder that we are not in control, God is. Just wondering if there is any one here with ERA test experience . . I am considering a couple of clinics in Cyprus & Spain.... . . . One insists on ERA test and actually full EndomeTRIO test (including ERA test) & another one thinks it’s not really necessary... . . . The clinic insisting on it cites previous Implantation failures & miscarriages as a reason.... . . . Wondering if anyone has ideas about this. HILFE Es scheint los zu gehen und ich bekomme gerade eine Panik Attacke. Irgendwie setzt meine periode ein und das früher als erwartet... ich bin mir gerade nicht sicher was ich machen soll. Meine schilddrüsenwerte waren bei der Abnahme vor einer Woche bei 3,5 (Abnahme vom Radiologen) daraufhin musste ich dir Dosis von L-Thyroxin erhöhen. Am 4.3. Habe ich erst die nächste Blutentnahme. Und dann wäre ich schon mitten in der Kryo - mit spritzen und Tabletten ohne zu wissen, ob der Wert jetzt perfekt für die Kryo ist. Bin so unsicher, ob ich nicht noch um einen Monat verschieben soll. Wie lange musstet ihr auf eure Ergebnisse warten? Bei mir sind es jetzt schon zwei Wochen und einen Tag her. So langsam könnten die Ergebnisse allmählich eintrudeln. Bin so ungeduldig. Aber eine gute Nachricht gibt es - heute macht sich und Frozen Embryo auf den weg nach Hamburg - yipiiiiiiiiiiii ich denke heute ganz fest daran und schicke viele beschützende Engel, die den Transport überwachen sollen. #eratest #fch #teamdrfischer #kryo

Hätte man im Lotto gewonnen, dann würde ich mich freuen Eine unter sehr wenigen auf dieser Welt zu sein… aber von Vorne: 4 Wochen lang kein Anruf von Dr. Fischer. Also habe ich angerufen, um meine Ergebnisse zu erfahren. Auskunft der Assistentin: Herr Dr. Fischer ist nicht im Haus, erst am Montag wieder. Langes Wochenende warten – mal wieder und mein Gefühl sagte mir, da stimmt was nicht. Montag erwischte ich Herrn Dr. Fischer im Treppenhaus er sagte mir Frau … ich bin nicht mehr am PC aber ich muss ihnen leider mitteilen, dass es kein Ergebnis gibt. Das passiert bei 3-5% der Fälle und es würde ihm wahnsinnig leidtun. Ich – sofort in Tränen ausgebrochen. Wieder einmal hat es mich getroffen und wieder einmal muss ich etwas nochmal machen. Aber was soll´s ERA-Test 2.0 ich bin dabei! Lust habe ich keine, denn ich dachte eigentlich, dass wir in diesem Jahr noch mit der Kryo starten können – da habe ich wohl falsch gedacht. Eine Sache sehe ich positiv, denn so sind wir vielleicht bei Herrn Dr. Fischer in Erinnerung und er hat unseren Fall spätestens jetzt sehr präsent auf dem Schirm. Denn bislang war ich davon nicht zu 100% überzeugt – aber jetzt dafür umso mehr. Am Dienstag sind wir dann alle Blutwerte telefonisch durchgegangen, dass hat mich dann auch wieder etwas mehr beruhigt. Jetzt warten auf die Mens und der KIWU Wahnsinn geht weiter.
