This has been a fun case to work on: My patient's previously-made crown (done elsewhere) came off and was re-cemented at the patient's request many times over the last several years. The patient eventually decided he wanted something more definitive done about this annoying problem. The original crown preparation had some design flaws which I tried to improve on. By placing a fiber post I was able to replace the core buildup with one that was taller and had more retentive features. The final restoration is a full-zirconia crown.
