After a long break from exercise, I started a new work out plan today by going on a two mile run. On my way back to my residence in Fort Lauderdale Florida, I met this 90 year young man who gave me a compliment on how healthy I look. He also encouraged me to keep it up, eat healthy and think green. I really appreciate the motivation and words of encouragement as I share with everyone battling with self and purpose. You are not alone. Keep your mind right by treating your body right. Get back on your grind and believe in yourself. YOU Got THE POWER To CHANGE Anything YOU Desire To Be. Take charge of your life! Since my shoulder injury has healed I've been pushing my chest a little harder and it was time to push away the tonka trucks and play with some big wheels !

Using the hammer strength chest press and dip machine has allowed me to push more weight safely as they help with lessening the pressure and stabilization on the shoulders
*
This is push day routine 1 of 2 that I started do in a week (not including my full body or body weight and mobility work outs) and it includes my favourite exercises to help fast track the gains on my come back. *

Hammer strength chest press 5 sets x 4 reps Hammer strength dips 3 sets x 8 reps Low to high cable flye 3 sets x 12-15 reps Dumbbell Isolateral crusher 3 sets x 12 reps
Standing Dumbbell lateral raise 3 sets x 15 reps
