Devils Thumb - One of the most challenging but rewarding hikes in FNQ! 3km in to the Manjal Jimaliji trail, and a 1000m gain in elevation, you exit the rainforest and are greeted with a huge patch of coral fern. and even from this point the views out to the ocean, and the surrounding mountains are epic. But I definitely recommend continuing on past this point because the view from the top lookout is incredible, but you'll have to do it yourself to find out ⛰

During the day, you'll find Tinaroo a hive of activity as skiers, wakeboarders & SUP boarders weave in & out of the various points around the lake but at night, this camp spot at School Point is a chilled out zone on the @athertontablelands  #exploreTNQ
