Honestly, I've never felt this healthy throughout my whole life. Through high school and college I have never felt this good. My body feels lighter, I feel quicker, I feel like I can run longer, my endurance is crazy, and I am truly blessed for being at this stage in my life. Super glad I didnt wait too long to start this weightloss journey cause I know with age it tends to get tougher. Never too late to start, but it's better now than never. You know? “5lbs/week”
“3 pant sizes in like 2 seconds”
Understand this & half your problems will be solved:
—> Fat loss is supposed to be slow.
You know what happens when you go fast?
Can’t maintain it
Most likely going to binge
Easy come easy go
You’re going to lose more muscle than fat
How much is a good amount to lose? Around .5-1lb/week ish.
Progress is never linear but I wanted to give you a good idea how slow it’s going to be.
You don’t get out of shape in a day, a week, or a month so getting in shape isn’t going to happen fast either.
