I lunges and all the different variations, BUT curtsy lunges have to be my favourite! .
I often infuse curtsy lunges into my barre and Pilates classes (even my prenatal ones). It’s a great way to support proper posture while working your glutes and inner and outer thighs. .
Try this at home:
Use your railing, back end of your couch or chair.
Bring one leg behind, sink down into your curtsy lunge, bending both knees. Lift yourself up, lengthening the legs as you come back to your start position.
This is a safe exercise for #pregnancy and anyone else! Having something to hold onto also helps support proper form and posture.
The variation I did here is 2 mini curtsy lunges (pulse action) and up. Repeat at least 10 times on each side.
The pulsing action creates added burn, give it a try! .

When I walked into Cult , I honestly had no expectations with regard to getting my body into a better state of what it already was in cause I thought I was already in good form.
But today, about 6 months into training at @becurefit , I think I made the bestest decision to actually get in. I’ve lost a stubborn 4 kilos which I thought would never leave my body. But the real deal is when I look at myself in the mirror everyday, I feel great about the definition in most areas of my body. I would always think that my arms would never show the effort I actually put in during a workout. But I was wrong! It does show:) NOW.

This week we have #Trinidad #scorpionpepper - at 1.5 million on the #scovillescale this pepper was once the record holder for spiciest pepper- it even has a little stinger on its tail as a warning (hence the name ). This wrinkly pepper can range in spiciness depending on the conditions they were grown in, but most pack a serious punch and it is recommended to harvest the peppers while wearing gloves- use caution when handling.
