Another exercise to have in your arsenal! There’s a reason this is a staple in most chest workouts...it’s because these are !! If I keep my elbows out wide like this I make sure to stop at 90 degrees to avoid shoulder injuries and focus a bit more on the top of my chest. You can also keep your elbows more tucked to concentrate on other parts of your chest and use less shoulder.
Do warm up sets till you get to the heaviest set you can do of 5-8 reps. Follow this with two more sets at a slightly lower weight of 5-8 reps❗️#producerfit
