I love breakfast plates like this because they feel like SO MUCH FOOD and they keep me full for hours. ⏰ Just over 300 calories of food here! That’s the same as one small donut. Just goes to show being “hungry” doesn’t always mean you need to eat MORE - it sometimes means you need to choose more whole, real foods. And of course, if you’re not that hungry and are already eating 80% nutritious whole foods, have that donut and enjoy the crap out of it! Just because I’m eating for fat loss doesn’t mean I don’t eat donuts or other sweets,♀️ it just means I emphasize a lot more unprocessed foods to keep me full.

I followed this up with a slice of fruit and nut banana protein bread I made. I’ll share that recipe soon... it’s hands down the best banana bread I’ve ever made! What are y’all up to this weekend? Tomorrow is comp day

Tomorrow I will compete in the Belgian interclub finals. Where clubs will battle in teams of 3 to become the strongest of Belgium.

Since my carcrash in November (drunk driver hit the car) I still haven't managed to get back to my best level yet. So tomorrow I will definitely start with safe openers to see how my body will react.
.
It will either be very good or very disappointing.
.
Main focus is still Europeans and Western Europeans, but it would be nice if tomorrow goes great aswell
