Baked Eggs with French Ham, Cheese and Scallions ~ breakfast for a larger than usual crowd? These eggs are easy and #makeahead ... Preheat oven to 350, sauté the 1/4 lb sliced ham and 2-3 scallions, whisk 8 eggs with 1/2 cup milk or cream, pour into a greased 8x8 pan, pour egg and mix-ins, season to taste, into pan, sprinkle with about a cup of cheese and bake for about 20 min or just until firm.
