Manifestation Moment. . There’s been a huge energy shift for me in the past week. I feel like the fog has finally lifted, and feel extremely optimistic for the first time in a long while about the frequencies and synchronicities around me. . So I don’t normally put my stats out here that much, but I’m laying bare my weight loss struggles on my journey here to illustrate the point of long term weight loss being the focus versus short blips in the scale or other metric of tracking. The first picture shows this week, a steady set of days where I go down and down, then boom it shoots 3 pounds back up. I didn’t overeat, I hydrate the same everyday, but it happened anyways. Now this can crush people, throw them off their game and cause them to rethink their whole journey. But then look at the next two pictures, one is a month time frame and the last is the entirety of my weight loss journey. That scale movement today barely registers, is barely seen and is a better representation of how much stress there should be about it. This is all about progress not perfection. This is about persistence in the face of adversity and not ever going back to where I began. I have a long road yet to travel, but I already see glimpses of the beauty at the end of the path.
