From speaking with her, I could tell how much care she and her team put into their handcrafted kuehs. Slice mushroom into halves or quarters. 2. Slice an onion thinly. 3. Add olive oil in a pan, caramelize onion then add mushroom to combine. Stir fry until mushroom is softened. 4. Season with chili flakes, black pepper, and salt. Garnish with chopped parsley.
