The body positivity movement has filled me with such joy. I have spent years being unkind to my body. Even though there are still whispers of cruel thoughts I am in a much better place.
When we look back on our lives we won't regret not dieting more or wish that we were more unkind to ourselves - not at all. We need to start thinking positive thoughts and doing things daily that will make us proud of ourselves.
