Figured I’d do a little fitness/nutrition update since my time abroad is quickly coming to an end...
...Wait WTF?!? Yes I’m sad but also excited to see familiar faces!

Many of you know the first few months of studying abroad I traveled A LOT, so making it to the gym and eating the cleanest just wasn’t my top priority.
And I was totally okay with that!
Up until a point...
You see, I loved eating all the local cuisine (HELLLLOOO ITALIAN PASTA) and trying different foods- I’m looking at you, snails.
but I genuinely was craving vegetables and fruits by the end.
I also really enjoyed filling my days with exploration and visiting incredible places, but I also missed my passion and hobby: fitness.
•
Traveling to a new city every three days was amazing, but it also made me realized how much I appreciate my routine and those simple things that bring light to my day.
So, this past month, I’ve been getting back on my B.S.
Eating the foods that fuel my mind, body, and soul
Cooking in my apartment as much as I can
Working out the way I enjoy, at least 4 times a week♀️

It’s still not the same, but it’s better than nothing at all.
I’m excited to really get back into a routine in 2 FRICKEN WEEKS
And be around / do things that are familiar to me

Grateful for the experience, but even more grateful that it showed me where my heart truly is♥️
