HERE’S ONE OF MINE:
Overtheroad_driver has a goal to get lean this year.
In January the goal was to maintain a body weight of 180 pounds. I’M ALREADY THERE!!!
THE NEXT STEP is to add muscle.
ACTION STEPS:
— 1.) I’ve started using Advocare products in 2018. Multi vitamins & supplements are needed to reach my goal. (No harsh chemicals & 3rd party quality tested products)

to help me with a daily workout routine that I can do out here on the road. >>> A program called snacking on push-ups. (Exercise not a meal plan) If you’re like me you wanna see some body transformation within days. —- 3.) I’m getting outside of my comfort zone and posting what I’m doing. >>> I can’t help anyone else if nobody knows I’m doing this. —- 4.) I pay more attention to what I eat now. >>> I’ve found ingredients in food that I avoid. I’ll post about them.
